Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions & Definitions

1.1. Public Offer: The Seller's official proposal addressed to an indefinite group of persons to conclude a sales contract remotely under the terms herein.

1.2. Acceptance: Full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer by placing an order on the Website, confirming the order with an operator, or issuing payment.

1.3. Website / Online Store: The official webpage moe-zdorovie.com.ua, displaying Goods, pricing, and delivery terms.

1.4. Goods: Cosmetics, phyto-complexes, nutrients, and household goods featured on the Website.

2. Subject Matter

2.1. The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.

3. Ordering Procedure

3.1. The Buyer places an order independently via the shopping cart on the Website or by contacting phone customer support.

3.2. The Buyer guarantees that all contact details provided (Name, Phone, Email, Shipping address) are accurate.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1. Product prices are stated in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH).

4.2. Payment can be completed online via bank card payment or cash-on-delivery upon receiving the parcel.

5. Delivery & Inspection

5.1. Delivery is conducted via courier and postal services across Ukraine at the Buyer's expense unless specified otherwise.

5.2. The Buyer is required to inspect package integrity and contents immediately upon receipt.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

6.1. Returns and exchanges follow the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172.

6.2. Cosmetic and personal care items of proper quality are non-refundable.

7. Data Protection

7.1. The Seller ensures full privacy and protection of Buyer's personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
