Terms of Return and Exchange for Cosmetics

Please Note: According to Ukrainian legislation, perfumery and cosmetic products of proper quality are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Regulatory Framework

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994 (Annex No. 3 "List of goods of proper quality not subject to exchange or return"), all perfumery and cosmetic products of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged.

Rationale for Restrictions

These restrictions serve as necessary measures to safeguard customer health and product safety:

1. Guarantee of Proper Storage Conditions

Cosmetics (especially professional and natural formulations) contain active botanical ingredients requiring strict temperature and light conditions. Since the seller cannot verify storage conditions once the product leaves the warehouse, prohibiting returns guarantees that every customer receives authentic, unadulterated, and safely stored products.

2. Protection Against Counterfeiting and Fraud

This regulation eliminates risks associated with product substitution, tampering, or counterfeiting of high-value cosmetics.

Exceptions: Returns of Non-Conforming Goods

Returns or exchanges are permitted exclusively in cases of defective or non-conforming products, including:

Significant manufacturing defects discovered within the shelf life;
Discrepancy between delivered items and declared product specifications;
Receipt of expired or counterfeit items.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We kindly request that you inspect your package upon receipt in the presence of the courier or postal officer:

Order Completeness: Verify items against your order confirmation;
Packaging Integrity: Check for intact safety seals and undamaged containers;
Expiration Date: Inspect the printed shelf-life details;
Documentation: Ensure the sales receipt or invoice is included.
