O.K. enriches the body with calcium, magnesium, silicon and zinc in amounts optimal for metabolic processes. Working in synergy, these minerals have a beneficial effect on the health of bones, muscles, nails and hair. It is intended for osteoporosis prevention, strengthening bones and tooth enamel, and improving the condition of hair and nails.

The complex also positively affects the nervous, cardiovascular and digestive systems. The combination of calcium and magnesium regulates nerve impulses, supporting muscle contraction, heart function, intestinal peristalsis and overall body tone.

Active ingredients:

• Horsetail herb — a source of silicon compounds that are part of collagen fibers, supporting skin elasticity and the elasticity of tendons, cartilage, blood vessels and heart valves; important for bone mineralization and calcium absorption, and for strengthening nails and hair
• Calcium (marine citrate and bisglycinate) — regulates muscle contraction, blood clotting, and the synthesis of neurotransmitters and hormones; 99% of the body's calcium is found in bones and teeth as hydroxyapatite crystals responsible for their strength; especially important during fracture healing, osteoporosis, pregnancy, menopause and active growth
• Magnesium bisglycinate — found in bones, muscles and the brain; regulates energy production, DNA replication and vitamin absorption; works together with calcium to regulate blood pressure, heart function and muscle contraction with a relaxing, calming effect
• Zinc bisglycinate — concentrated mainly in muscles; helps reduce inflammation in conditions such as arthritis, supports protein metabolism important for eye health, and regulates cell division that speeds up nail and hair growth
• Sprouted grains (oat, wheat, corn) — a source of proteins, amino acids, vitamins, trace elements, enzymes and phytohormones that support metabolism and the absorption of other ingredients

How to use: adults and children over 12 years — 1 capsule twice a day before meals, with water. Children 5 to 12 years — 1 capsule once a day before meals, with water. Course: 60 days. A repeat course can be taken after a two-week break.

Composition: sprouted oat, wheat and corn grains, horsetail herb (Equisetum arvense). Content per capsule: marine calcium 100 mg, calcium bisglycinate 50 mg, magnesium bisglycinate 60 mg, zinc bisglycinate 3.75 mg.
